AGC Inc., a manufacturer of glass, chemicals and high-tech materials, has entered into an agreement with Boehringer Ingelheim to acquire Malgrat Pharma Chemicals S.L.U. (MPC), a subsidiary of Boehringer that manufactures synthetic pharmaceutical active ingredients for the group.
